Whether you rent one of our properties, or a room in a shared property, it will be in “as new” condition, ready for you to settle in immediately. Our properties and services are fully managed – so if the boiler breaks down, a drain is blocked, or the washing machine doesn’t work, just give us a call and we’ll send one of our professional partners to fix it.
If you rent a room in one of our multiple occupancy houses, your rent will include heating, electricity, gas and weekly cleaning of communal areas. We have some rooms available on a short-term basis.
Buying
If you are looking to buy, all Ridama properties are as good as new. They’ve been deep cleaned, redecorated and refurbished with new carpets, kitchens and bathrooms before being put on the market, so they’re always in pristine condition. Just unpack your bags and you’re home!
Property Management
